Mint Chocolate Chip

We all scream for ice cream.

Especially this scorcher of a summer. However, after this Quill Quiz, we would love to share a fact about hedgies that may be of interest. Did you know that hedgehogs are lactose intolerant? That's right, no milk, which means no icecream. (And for Mama, without Lactaid, this would be the same). So no, we did not feed Linus any of the ice cream from the photoshoot. He wasn't even interested. Linus enjoyed more of the burrowing in the grass type activities. I ate all of it.

Which brings up another popular noteworthy point disregarding hedgehogs. The ice cream in the photo is indeed mint chocolate chip. And it's not green! That's because this ice cream is pretty amazing stuff. First off, it's super premium, and made with whole local farm milk. Then instead of green dye, it's packed with dark chocolate chips.
